I watched Harper's government from a front row seat. By the time he was finished muzzling scientists, trying to muzzle the Supreme Court, his own Cabinet Ministers (except Flaherty) and Parliament (when he didn't want to pass an Omnibus bill) wew were lucky to have a Canada left. (Uh oh, guess he didn't like that word.) I don't think Canadians wanted any more of his lying and negativity. He got trounce pretty hard.
The last thing Canada needs is Harper's attack dog. He thinks Canadians are as stupid as the man who beat his big boss. But we're not so stupid that we don't see his racism, his misogyny, his lies and his disdain for rules. He was fined under the Elections Act and connected to Robocalls for Harper. His leadership came with a helping hand from India. He hung out with a hate groups, Dialogon that was behind the Trucker Occupations at Coutts, Ottawa and Windsor. He hangs out with US MAGA types discussing God knows what. I heard him say he hadn't yet consulted Trump. Consulted? So Canada First? I think not. I think Alberta oil first and forget about everyone else.
