During the protest, I remember someone who lived in Ottawa making a comment that they (protestors) shouldn’t be doing this in their city but doing it back home/where they came from. May I even add, where they belong. How ignorant and condescending. They were doing it in our nation’s capital because that’s where the decisions are made. If they did it “back home”, the action would be dispersed and make the protests appear as if it was only a few people who didn’t like their government’s decisions; rather than a large segment of Canadians. Doing it “back home” is at a distance; one from which they were being totally ignored anyway. “Back home” just doesn’t work anymore; not when dealing with self-serving, uncaring wanna be tyrants.
As for the Ottawa residents, you are fine with the benefits of having all the taxpayer dollars going into your community; realized by the very presence of the government. But if you have to suffer any inconvenience, you start acting like the tyrants who your city hosts.
I notice also how inconsistent you are. If it’s a group of protestors with Leftist views, even when they are not peaceful, you seem to be very supportive. If it’s a group of Canadians with more traditional (and may I say centrist or right wing views) you set your hair on fire and will support any measure, even illegal ones, to quelle the protests. This only exhibits how truly evil and biased so many of you are.
There is just one reason why those in Western Canada look upon most of Central Canada (especially Ottawa) with disrespect; you deserve it. The current over reaching court actions against the truckers and supporters only reaffirms our disdain for the lot of you. You know not truth.

Understandable that globalist Mark Carney and the Liberal Party does not respect their pledge to uphold Canadian’s constitutional rights, but if Conservative leader Pierre Poilievre will not speak up publicly, he should do the right thing, resign immediately and let a leader do the job who will.
