Canada's goal must be to quash PET's failed constn of inequality and minority entitlement. No more access to services and benefits for non-citizens, incl those who don't identify as Cdn first. Cda must be able to cross-claim for treason, obstruction, fraud, etc. No more excluding Cdns from 'Indian' land or cities will prohibit Indians. Indians and their communities that use a disproportionate share of family intervention services must give up land at a value that compensates Canada.
