MARK CARNEY & CHRYSTIA FREELAND MAKE FOOLS OF THEMSELVES IN THE FRENCH & ENGLISH LANGUAGE DEBATE
The train wreck of a French Liberal Leadership debate was last night February 24, 2025. Both Mark Carney and Chrystia Freeland managed to make complete fools of themselves, for different reasons.
Carney said, “So we agree with Hamas,” and then went onto say that Pierre Poilievre wants to “abolish Quebec”. Granted, he was likely trying to say the opposite re Hamas and that Poilievre is trying to abolish CBC, but his French is reportedly so poor he got these things mixed up.
While Freeland’s French is better, she made a complete fool of herself using and quoting a 4-year-old in a propaganda war with President Donald Trump and then went onto say that Trump is a bigger threat than WWII.

CANADA CAUGHT IN THE CROSS-HAIRS OF A TWO FRONT ECONOMIC PROXY WAR
Canada is stuck in the middle between The US President Donald Trump and net zero globalists who are using Canada as their last stand. If Mark Carney wins the Liberal leadership and becomes Canada’s prime minister without even holding a seat as a Member of Parliament, he is promising to impose both a “corporate” carbon tax against Canadian companies as well as a carbon tariff, called a “carbon border adjustment mechanism” against countries that do not have a carbon tax. Strategically, Carney and those the globalists he pals around with who are pushing “net zero” are seeking to isolate Trump and the US, who is dumping all these expensive “green” policies that are killing the economy and our way of life. Steve Bannon recently said if Canada imposes a carbon tariff like what Bannon is talking about, it would be viewed as a hostile act by the Trump administration.
The Carney cartel and its plans to impose their net zero on the world as a new means for them to make more money, does not bode well for our economy and the financial survival of normal people like you and I who are stuck in a two-front war, we do not control.
But so far it looks like Trump dumping the “net zero” is winning, not the globalists, shown by Canada’s 4 big banks dumping their affiliation with the “Net-Zero Banking Alliance” that Mark Carny is linked with, two days after he announced his leadership bid for the Liberal Party of Canada.
That is why Carney threatening to impose “emergency powers” to impose his policies should not be taken lightly; this is a real and present threat against Canadians. It should not be assumed he will only use these emergency powers for inter-provincial trade and pipelines. considering the Liberals record on “emergency powers” and that it was Carney himself who during the Freedom Convoy protests of 2022 was advocating that the Liberal government send in tanks to suppress the protest. This sort of authoritarian viewpoint could just as easily apply to his vision of “net zero”. As we demonstrate in this Mark Carney deep dive, these carbon-centric net zero policies could and will likely enrich himself and definitely will enrich his banker and globalist friends who are invested in these “green” schemes, eagerly anticipating these policies implementation here in Canada.
But Canada is also in the crosshairs of second economic war between the between the US and China. There is crossover as it is the globalist leaders who are pretending ignorance, stalling and outright refusing to fight the fentanyl epidemic fostered by an open border and mass immigration policy. the Liberals are visibly still in denial even though they have finally appointed a fentanyl “czar” who is a former deputy commissioner of the RCMP, Trudeau government deputy minister and Trudeau advisor. Where the money is coming from for the border security plan with the House of Commons still suspended and where the 10,000 “frontline troops” has still not been clarified.
Investigative journalist Sam Cooper whom I interviewed recently about this, communicated how fentanyl and money laundering are being used and how very few of these criminals are going to jail. The rise in the price of real estate, the escalating crime in our cities, this is all related to the fentanyl gangs and Chinese agents and Mexican cartels using Canada also for money laundering. Cooper recently said:
China “looks at Canada as a beachhead…all the real estate money. The drug concerns…China is using Canada as a proxy; I can't say it any simpler. That’s the American concern.”
MARK CARNEY, CHINA’S MAN
We went through two of Mark Carney’s speeches and we found that he is wildly supportive of replacing the U.S. dollar as the world currency of choice with the Chinese yuan, or with a "new Synthetic Hegemonic Currency" (SHC), to be used to replace the U.S. dollar as the world’s reserve currency. He also advocated for central banks to collaborate and replace the U.S. dollar to decrease its “domineering influence” on trade around the world.

Mark Carney went on CBC to declare the majority of his 20 board directorships are “philanthropic,” so we decided to do a deep dive fact check to see if this was true.
When interviewed by CBC’s Rosemary Barton about the “20 companies” and organizations he is connected to, Barton did not push back on Carney when he claimed the “majority are philanthropic”. Neither did she pushback to confirm the dates of resignation for these 20 private interests and foreign entities Mark Carney is associated with and which he is making money from. His conflicts of interest and reported access to confidential cabinet briefings, could provide opportunities for insider trading for Carney and his associates, Barton did not clarify this either. We show this exchange with Barton on our Feb. 23, Stand on Guard pod (3:40).
Carney told CBC in this interview he does not have to disclose his financial information at this point in time and presumably he will not do so until required (because he is not a Member of Parliament, so he is not under the ethics rules of the House of Commons).
We wanted to bring to you our research and receipts, showing Mark Carney’s connections and conflicts of interest related to all of these companies and globalist organizations. We actually found 21 (links below and screen captures included as some of these links may disappear).
We have researched this list of economic connections by cross referencing information available on google, the World Economic Forum, and Elon Musk’s Grok. Carney has resigned from some of these companies but has not confirmed his status with the full list of 21.

THE LIST OF 21 COMPANIES & ORGANIZATIONS THAT ARE A PART OF MARK CARNEY’S GLOBALIST NETWORK
MARK CARNEY IS A MEMBER OF MANY BOARDS OF DIRECTORSHIPS. WE HAVE TRACKED DOWN AND LOOKED UP 21 OF THEM.
Brookfield is Mark Carney’s most reported business connection in the Canadian legacy media. Brookfield has more than one name and the company and its subsidiaries are truly globalist with its headquarters reportedly moved to the USA just before Mark Carney announced his Liberal leadership run. But the company still may partially be located in British Columbia and still retains its original name.
The new name of the original Brookfield Asset Management Inc. is Brookfield Corporation, changed: December 9, 2022.
BUT Brookfield Asset Management still exists!
Brookfield Corporation (ticker: BN) is the parent company, encompassing a broader range of operations including real estate, infrastructure, and other investments.
Brookfield Asset Management Ltd. (ticker: BAM) is the standalone asset management business, focused on managing investments and funds, including alternative assets like private equity and real estate.
THE CARNEY LIE ABOUT MOVING BROOKFIELD HQ TO THE UNITED STATES
During the English Liberal Leadership debate February 26, 2025, Carney claimed that Brookfield decision to move its headquarters to the United States was made after he left in January. Member of Parliament Michael Barrett, however, held a press conference the next day where he explained that Carney sent a letter to Brookfield shareholders dated December 1, 2024, and it was signed by Carney himself, urging shareholders to support Brookfield moving to the USA.
Brookfield announced their headquarters move from Canada to the United States in October 2024. This was before Mark Carney announced his bid for the Liberal leadership race, but it was while he was an official advisor to the Trudeau Government regarding the economy.
This shareholder letter is absolute proof Carney was part of the decision to move Brookfield, and he actually facilitated it. Brookfield’s move also took place also while Carney was the official economic advisor for Canada as the Liberal Chair of the Leader’s Task Force in Economic Growth. This is all showing Carney is not pulling for Canada, while he is stoking a tariff war with the USA and also pushing forward his “net zero” schemes that will impoverish average people while making globalists like himself rich.
Carney was appointed Liberal economic advisor during the same time period he moved the company he chairs to the USA.
And now with Mark Carney set to be crowned Liberal leader and then the Prime Minister of Canada, while he does not have a seat in the House of Commons, he has warned us that he will invoke both a corporate carbon tax and a carbon tariff called the “carbon border adjustment mechanism.” and he will use “emergency powers” to move forward with his policies. Brookfield itself will be eagerly anticipating this new economic restructuring, part of a long term “net zero” reset of our economy. A plan that many bankers and globalists have been pushing for, as we will demonstrate further on in this Substack.
As Canadians, we are stuck in the middle, physically located here in Canada, we do not have the privilege, like Carney’s globalist comrades to pull up stakes and move to New York to avoid the forthcoming Carney carnage with double carbon taxes and the pending tariff war.
CARNEY BEHAVING VERY BADLY AS CHAIR OF BROOKFIELD
Tax Dodger?
According to New Democratic Party Member of Parliament, Niki Ashton, on March 6, 2025, she said that Mark Carney’s business has a record of pushing for “wealth accumulation by the rich at the expense of the workers and Canadian communities.”
She also said, “Mark Carney is the poster person for Canada’s broken system and the hollowing out of Canada that has made us so vulnerable today.”
“According to Canadians for Tax Fairness in 2021 Canada lost $30 billion in corporate tax revenue to offshore havens. This means that one in five tax dollars of corporations diverted from the Canadian public came from Brookfield alone. This is obscene and Canadians are paying the price today.”
In the news conference Ashton said that this means that 1 in 5 Canadian tax dollars that was diverted to offshore accounts came from Brookfield under Mark Carney’s management. She called this “obscene” and called on Carney to come clean. We covered the MP Niki Ashton news conference here (11:50).
“Let’s call it what it is: Mark Carney's advice and Brookfield's tax evasion. He will be raising taxes for everyday Canadians, all while making his global businesses more wealthy.”
“The report found that Brookfield had “at least six wholly-owned subsidiaries that collected CEWS plus sizable majority stakes in two additional CEWS recipients.”31 The report noted that “ownership of five CEWS recipients passes entirely through a Bermuda-based subsidiary… [and] about 20% of Brookfield’s majority ownership in CWC Energy passes through three companies in the Cayman Islands, and another in Bermuda.”
Former Liberal President Stephen LeDrew highlighted on his X that Brookfield is in court in New York as of February 25, 2025, regarding “massive profits off toxic contracts” and “bribes”.
Toronto Sun also published portions of the testimony, where in court Mayor Lopez Allaga explained:
“Canadians need to know the way Brookfield, under Mr. Mark Carney, operates here. They need to know how they obtain money from the suffering of poor people.”
The Sun goes onto explain how Brookfield is charging a toll for the poorest people of Peru for a road they own that is nearly one third of the average person’s income:
“In January 2017, shortly after Brookfield bought the rights to the concession, protests about the high tolls ended with riot police dragging protesters away. There have been ongoing complaints about the high tolls imposed on residents living in the poorest areas.
“The tolls not only impact motorists, it drives up cab and bus fares, as well.
“Aliaga said that imposing such high tolls on the poorest people in Peru is a violation of human rights, but the contract that was obtained through bribes and then purchased by Brookfield continues to hurt the poorest of the poor.
The mayor emphasizes:
“Mr. Carney needs to explain to Canadian citizens, what is his role in Latin America and in particular, Peru.”
“New research has unearthed that Mark Carney's firm, Brookfield asset management owned an Australian coal shipping port, the Dalrymple Bay Terminal which supplied China with 5.8 MILLION TONNES of dirty coal/yr.”
Canada Proud also found details of the coal terminal in Australia that Brookfield is making millions off of within the Mining Monthly.
This is at the same time that Mark Carney’s long-term influence on the Trudeau government has been limiting Canada’s energy production and capping energy development with laws and regulations.
KRN NOTE: These are the three entities normally mentioned in Canada’s mainstream, legacy media. Mark Carney’s association with the next companies and elite, globalist entities are not as well known.
KRN NOTE: This GFANZ net zero group is referred to as a “cartel” by the United States’ Congressional Judiciary committee and has been under investigation for most of 2024.
The committee states:
“The climate cartel has declared war on the American way of life. The climate cartel is waging a “Global World War” for net zero against disfavored American companies, including those in the fossil fuel, aviation and farming industries that allow Americans to drive, fly and eat.”
There are two recent US Judiciary Committee reports targeting Mark Carney’s net zero cartel:
-Mark Carney served as the chair of the Chatman House’s Panel of Senior Advisers, a role he took on in 2022. The link page is now gone but we saved the page showing his involvement as a screen capture below.
Reportedly: Mark Carney is the sitting president of Chatham House, one of the most influential foreign policy think tanks in the world. Given Chatham House’s deep involvement in shaping global governance, it is safe to assume that the policies it champions will soon find their way into Canada. These policies - ranging from pandemic control to climate mandates and mass migration - are designed to erode national sovereignty in favour of centralized, technocratic rule.
The Chatham House meetings are so secretive that no reporters or outsiders are allowed (which is why most people have never heard of it).
Interestingly, George Soros’ Open Society Foundation is a big funder of Chatham House. Here again we see the billionaire oligarchs pulling the strings behind the scenes. Yet most Canadians believe this “outsider” got choppered in as Prime Minister to save us from The Bad Orange Man.
Industrial Transition Accelerator (ITA) “launched in collaboration with the United Nations Climate Change High-Level Champions, specifically those tied to the COP process”
There is a lot of overlap between these entities and companies. Many of the private multinational companies would want Mark Carney involved as sort of stamp of approval, to greenwash their high carbon emissions. This is a similar sort of scheme to how Walmart received environmentalist David Suzuki favourable blog comments when Walmart supported the carbon tax. Suzuki gives his environmentalist stamp of approval thus making the company more “sustainable” and the support can mean the company will not be targetted in the future by negative media or other attacks from extremists. This can be very lucrative scheme for the one who gets to do the stamping, like Suzuki and also Carney.
A good example of this is when in November 2021 some of the world’s biggest financial institutions agreed to “mobilize trillions of dollars to help shift the global economy toward cleaner energy” agreeing to “pay for the enormous costs of climate change.” A coalition of banks, investors and insurers that collectively control $130 trillion in assets pledged to make “climate change a central focus.” Mark Carney was quoted:
“We now have the essential plumbing in place to move climate change from the fringes to the forefront of finance so that every financial decision takes climate change into account.”
THIS is what the Americans last year started calling a cartel because they are trying to force banks and companies to participate, even though it will be the consumers of energy who pay the higher price in the end and these costs continue to pile on with more and more regulations and over taxation until the society collapses.
These overlapping environmental entities aka “the cartel” have been accused of also not living up to their promises for the developing nations. Oxfam did a recent audit of the big fund and released this in late 2024:
“Up to $41 billion in World Bank climate finance not being properly tracked. Nearly 40 percent of all climate funds disbursed by the Bank over the past seven years— is unaccounted for due to poor record-keeping practices.” (screen captures below)
So, how does Mark Carney claim that even these environmental entities are “philanthropic” with so much money involved and with so much money now also going “missing”?
CARNEY SOLICITED GOVERNMENT FOR FUND MANAGEMENT WHILE SENIOR ADVISOR TO THE PRIME MINISTER AND TIES TO TELESAT
Carney reportedly shopped around the idea of Brookfield “managing a $50 billion pooled pension fund that would be directed towards Canadian assets,” after he was appointed as the special economic advisor to Trudeau and current sitting chair of Brookfield.
He was seeking to “manage” $50 billion of Canadian pensions.
“This means that Carney is taking on a new job at the right hand of the prime minister at the precise moment that he oversees a company seeking to secure one of the largest contributions of federal cash in the country’s history.”
Details of the fund were first disclosed in a exposé by The Logic, and then confirmed by both Financial Post and The Globe and Mail.
Carney is also “personally connected” with another project involving billions of federal dollars transferred to a private company called Telesat, which is an Ottawa-based firm that was the recipient of a $2.14 billion federal loan in September 2024, expanding its broadband internet satellites.
Carney and Telesat CEO Dan Goldberg have often been described as “good friends,” including in a 2019 profile by the Ottawa Business Journal. As recently as June, a photographer for the Ottawa Citizen snapped a photo of Carney embracing Goldberg and sharing a laugh at a conservation gala.
After this investment Telesat shares have increased significantly according to Simply Wallstreet:
Despite an already strong run, Telesat Corporation (TSE:TSAT) shares have been powering on, with a gain of 26% in the last thirty days. Looking back a bit further, it's encouraging to see the stock is up 81% in the last year.
Did Carney own any shares in Telesat when this contract was awarded the $2.14 B around the same time, Carney was appointed the senior economic advisor to Trudeau?
We simply do not know because there is a loophole that Carney is exploiting where he is not under the scrutiny of the ethics watchdog for conflicts of interest and corruption, because he is still NOT elected as a Member of Parliament. After Carney’s appointment as senior economic advisor, Conservatives called for Carney voluntarily disclose all his corporate interests. He has refused to do so up to this point in time, and it is not clear if he will voluntarily release his financial information after he is appointed as the next Prime Minister of Canada, prior to being elected as a Member of Parliament.
“In his book Value(s): Building a Better World for All, Mark Carney, former governor both of the Bank of Canada and the Bank of England, claims that western society is morally rotten, and that it has been corrupted by capitalism, which has brought about a “climate emergency” that threatens life on earth. This, he claims, requires rigid controls on personal freedom, industry and corporate funding.”
This quote has been floating around the social media on X. This book review is the source of it. The review also said:
“Carney’s views are important because he is UN Special Envoy on Climate Action and Finance. He is also an adviser both to British Prime Minister Boris Johnson on the next big climate conference in Glasgow, and to Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau.
“Since the advent of the COVID pandemic, Carney has been front and centre in the promotion of a political agenda known as the “Great Reset,” or the “Green New Deal,” or “Building Back Better.” All are predicated on the claim that COVID, and its disruption of the global economy, provides a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity not just to regulate climate, but to frame a more fair, more diverse, more inclusive, more safe and more woke world.
“Carney draws inspiration from, among others, Marx, Engels and Lenin, but the agenda he promotes differs from Marxism in two key respects. First, the private sector is not to be expropriated but made a “partner” in reshaping the economy and society. Second, it does not make a promise to make the lives of ordinary people better, but worse. Carney’s Brave New World will be one of severely constrained choice, less flying, less meat, more inconvenience and more poverty: “Assets will be stranded, used gasoline powered cars will be unsaleable, inefficient properties will be unrentable,” he promises.
Former UK Prime Minister Liz Truss, who is very familiar with Mark Carney’s record in the UK, agrees with this book review. She says he prints too much money and calls his net zero obsession a “new form of socialism. She encourages Canadians to, “Resist, Canadians, Resist”.

Carney’s manifesto goes onto further communicate his “values” about the net zero carbon transition and the need for carbon taxes, which he is pushing onto the people of Canada.
“One of the most important initiatives is carbon pricing. The best approach is a revenue-neutral, progressive carbon tax…The Canadian federal carbon pricing framework is a model for others. It is also carefully navigated teh complexities of Canadian federalism…”

Even though today Carney is now distancing himself from the “consumer carbon tax” because the Conservatives under Pierre Poilievre have exposed all of its fallacies, as shown in this deep dive, he is not distancing himself from net zero and the carbon tax, if elected he plans to instead double down on Canada with a new experimental carbon tariff plus a corporate carbon tax.
THE DOUBLE THREAT FROM MARK CARNEY AND THE TARIFF WAR
Macklin went onto also state that we can expect two years of recession and there “will be no bounce back.” Due to inflationary pressures he recommends that the Government of Canada does NOT do the same things as during the pandemic, ie: go hog wild printing money. But, due to the tariff threat being used as an election campaign strategy in Liberal leadership race, upcoming federal election, as well as the Ontario provincial election, all happening simultaneously it is doubtful that any of the politicians will listen to his recommendations on this front.
The only solution to keep Canada out of a depressionary tailspin, is an election now to dump the Trudeau - Carney Liberal globalists.
So, we can move forward quickly with a Canada First policy that is aligned with what Americans also want, which is a secure border with real boots on the ground so they can inspect more than 1% of shipping containers in the ports. With Canadian authorities able to work shoulder to shoulder with them arresting, prosecuting and jailing fentanyl kingpins and money laundering in a new campaign aligned with what they plan to do in the US.
This would also give Canadians what they are also wanting, freedom from tyranny, over taxation, less immigration, and more stability with a stricter border and stronger laws to deal with the crime and chaos 10 years of Justin Trudeau has cursed Canada with.
CARNEY CONNECTIONS WITH GHISLAINE MAXWELL AND JEFFREY EPSTEIN
Photos came to light in January 2025 of Mark Carney and Ghislaine Maxwell and Carney’s wife Diana Fox, at an event in Great Britain. Maxwell of course, is serving a 20-year jail sentence, convicted for recruiting, grooming minor girls in a sex-trafficking operation run by Jeffrey Epstein,
The photos are from 2013 at an event hosted at Cornbury Park, the estate of Carney's sister-in-law Lady Tania Rotherwick. This was when Carney was Bank of England governor. British media says it is called a “Wilderness Festival” which was described both as “a U.K. music and arts festival that brands itself as a destination for “wholesome hedonism”” as well as “"Poshstock," catering to wealthy attendees with luxury amenities.”
